Dedicated to exploring improvisation through contemporary classical music, jazz, and noise making, Walsh Set Trio is comprised of clarinetist and bass clarinetist Brian Walsh, Trevor Anderies on drums, and Colin Burgess on bass. In addition to Brian Walsh’s compositions and a healthy dose of free improvisation, the group also draws inspiration from African and Bulgarian music.
